Amazon integration

Invoice your Amazon sales without manual work

FBA, FBM, returns, refunds, and incomplete tax data: ivaero turns every Amazon order into the right invoice, automatically.

How ivaero handles it

Built for the quirks of selling on Amazon

Amazon doesn't always hand over the same data or the same order type. The system is designed for each of these cases.

Distinguishes FBA and FBM automatically

Every order is identified as Amazon-fulfilled (FBA) or seller-fulfilled (FBM), with duplicate detection and sync retry if Amazon fails temporarily.

Returns and refunds

A return is invoiced as a corrective invoice or credit note linked to the original invoice, and a refund with no physical return is recorded separately, without being mixed into the order that produced it.

Incomplete tax data

When Amazon doesn't provide the buyer's tax ID or business name, a configurable rule decides whether to issue a simplified invoice or send the order to manual review, without blocking invoicing.

From order to invoice

Every order and its lines become an invoice under your tax rules, go to the AEAT as soon as it is issued, and stay available for the seller to download — without relying on automatic email delivery to the buyer.
