Statement of responsibility for the invoicing system

Version 1.0 · unsigned draft

Draft. This statement is not signed yet and has no effect: the administrator of IVAERO Digital, S.L. signs it before version 1.0 goes into service, and from then on this page shows the signed statement.

English translation, for information only. The declaración responsable is made and signed in Spanish, under the title Order HAC/1177/2024 requires — «DECLARACIÓN RESPONSABLE DEL SISTEMA INFORMÁTICO DE FACTURACIÓN» — and the Spanish text is the one that binds.

IVAERO DIGITAL, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, the producer of the ivaero invoicing system, makes this statement under article 13 of the Regulation approved by Royal Decree 1007/2023 of 5 December, with the content set by article 15 of Order HAC/1177/2024 of 17 October.

a) Name of the invoicing system

ivaero

b) Identifier code of the invoicing system

IV

c) Full identifier of the specific version of the invoicing system

1.0

d) Hardware and software components of the invoicing system, with a brief description of what it does and of its main functions

ivaero is an invoicing system that IVAERO Digital, S.L. produces and provides as an online service: the user reaches it with a web browser and installs no program or device.

Software: the web application the user works in; the application server, which issues the invoices, generates, chains and keeps the invoicing records and sends them to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT); the database in which invoices and records are kept; and the queueing system that orders the sending and its retries. IVAERO Digital, S.L. produces all of them, on third-party libraries and services that are not invoicing systems in themselves.

Hardware: none of its own. The system runs on Amazon Web Services' cloud infrastructure, in its Ireland region (European Union), with backups in another European Union region. The user only needs a device with a current web browser and an Internet connection.

Main functions: issuing full, simplified and corrective invoices, with their numbering series; generating a registration record for every invoice issued and a cancellation record where one applies, chained by their hash; sending those records to the AEAT with the taxpayer's own electronic certificate, and handling its responses; the QR code and the «VERI*FACTU» mention on every invoice; managing customers; importing sales to invoice them; and viewing and exporting invoices and records.

e) Whether the invoicing system was produced so that, to comply with the Regulation, it can only work as «VERI*FACTU»

Yes. ivaero can only work as «VERI*FACTU»: it sends every invoicing record it generates to the AEAT and has no other mode of operation.

f) Whether the invoicing system can be used by several taxpayers, or by one user to support the invoicing of several taxpayers

Yes. One user can keep the invoicing of several taxpayers in ivaero, each as a separate company with its own tax ID (NIF), its own invoice series and its own chain of records.

g) Types of signature used to sign the invoicing and event records where the invoicing system is not used as «VERI*FACTU»

Not applicable: the system can only work as «VERI*FACTU» (item e).

h) Company name of the producer of the invoicing system

IVAERO DIGITAL, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA

i) Spanish tax ID (NIF) of the producer of the invoicing system

j) Full postal contact address of the producer of the invoicing system

l) Date and place at which the producer signs the statement

How the invoicing system meets the specifications of Order HAC/1177/2024

Integrity and unalterability: every invoicing record carries the hash of the same taxpayer's previous record, so any alteration breaks the chain. An issued invoice is never edited: it is corrected by a corrective invoice or cancelled by a cancellation record.

Preservation, accessibility and legibility: invoices and their records are kept in the system's database, with backups, and the user can view and export them at any time.

Traceability: every record is linked to its invoice, to its submission and to the AEAT's response, and users' actions are logged.

Submission: records are sent through the AEAT's web service with the taxpayer's own electronic certificate. The system keeps every response, retries submissions that do not get through and alerts the user to rejected records.

Other information

The version of the invoicing system declared here, and given in every invoicing record, is MAJOR.MINOR (1.0): patches of one version do not change the invoicing system. Installations. Every company set up in ivaero is an installation of the system with its own installation number, which is never reused.
